Although Montgarrie mill only produces oatmeal, we cannot guarantee that the oats have not come into contact with other cereals during the farm processing and transportation.
At best we can only say that our oatmeal contains a trace of gluten.
As the effects of oats on people with gluten allergies are not yet fully undersood, it is advised that anyone allergic to gluten should seek medical advice before eating oats.
