Ingredients
4 ozs. roughly chopped hazelnuts.3 ozs. medium oatmeal.
8 ozs. ready to eat dried apricots.
8 ozs. fromage frais.
8 ozs. fresh raspberries.
¼ pint unsweetened orange juice.
¼ pint water.
1 teaspoon whisky.
Method
Put nuts on a baking sheet and cook at 180C for 10 minutes.Cool and add oatmeal.
Boil apricots, orange juice and water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Put in a food processor with fromage frais and whisky.
Blend for 1 minute.
Put a layer of apricot cream into 6 dessert glasses.
Layer with oatmeal mix and raspberries, finishing with apricot cream.
