Ingredients
½ lb.(225g) liver.3oz (85g) suet.
1 onion, cut small.
1 teacup rough oatmeal.
1 teacup stock.
salt & pepper.
Method
Mince the liver.Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Steam in a bowl for 2 hours.
Serve with mashed turnips and mashed potatoes.
