Ingredients
2ozs (58g) sunflower oil.1 medium onion - chopped.
6ozs (175g) fine or medium oatmeal.
salt and pepper.
Method
Heat oil in pan or frying pan.Add onion and cook until soft.
Add oatmeal to absorb oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with poultry, beef, stews, mince or grilled meats.
Serves 4.
